It's ALL GOOD! Better call quality than Skype--More robust.
We have been using it for over a year and it is very stable with excellent resolution and audio. Friends across the family are virtually in our home and vice versa. Too cool!Inline chat and video-mail features are also top notch, easy to use etc. All it lacks is conference calling--2-way only.
Pros:
Crisp video, Easy to use.
Cons:
3-way/conference calling More
